We're taking to the streets and closing down Annie Place, next to Choolaah Indian BBQ in East Liberty, for a day of fitness, music, food and brews. Special appearances by Menchie's Frozen Yogurt and Independent Brewing Co.
 
Choose from 6 fitness classes led by a handful of Pittsburgh's elite community instructors who inspire and drive us. Take one or take them all - but be sure to RSVP so we can save your spot!
 
ZENERGY CYCLING with Nick Staples : Our high-intensity signature 45-minute workout is a true “cardio party on a bike.” This class incorporates the entire body with choreographed, beat-based moves that will get your blood flowing and heart pumping! While riding to candlelight, you’ll get lost in the music but most importantly, you’ll FIND YOUR ZEN. We inspire each rider to leave every class feeling stronger than before with Patience, Dedication, Hard Work, and Love.
 
STEEL REVOLUTION with Alison Mears: Pair the rhythm and resistance of your ride with heart-pumping beats for a workout that pushes you out of your comfort zone and into new, stronger territory. Riders share the same sense of power, purpose and community, ride with passion behind each pedal stroke, and work to build a mind and body of steel.
 
ONE POINT ONE YOGA with Megan Flinn: Enjoy a brief meditation before an athletic yet well-rounded vinyasa practice, with breath work and plenty of active stretching to counter everyone’s hard work throughout the day!
 
PITTSBURGH FIT with Jodi Butler: In this HiitFIT session, you’ll spend 45 minutes building your engine, burning fat and toning your body with a high-energy workout that uses functional body weight movements and light to moderate loads.
 
YOGAMOTIF with Alecia Dawn Young: Yoga Paint Party™ Use your body as a paintbrush to create a mess-free painting using your yoga mat. Think advanced finger-painting, without the mess and the stress. This abbreviated Yoga Paint Party™ session is suitable for all levels and includes yoga, painting materials, and your original painting to take home. This event is BYOM (Bring your own mat).
 

SHAPE TRAINING with James Bryant: Advanced Conditioning Boxing takes your conditioning to the next level. Less rest and more sweat will get your heart rate pumping and making you feel like Rocky running up the steps with you shouting "I am a champion!". This class teaches basic boxing skills and techniques, designed to increase muscular strength and cardio endurance—the perfect class to get super shredded! This class will include cardio calisthenics, shadow boxing and core strengthening exercises.Choolaah is partnering with Lululemon Pittsburgh and taking to the streets for a day of fitness, music, food and brews on June 23rd in front of Choolaah in East Liberty.
