Join the Center for Women's Entrepreneurship (CWE), the Center for Regional Agriculture and Food Transformation (CRAFT) and Raji Sankar, Co-Chief Executive Officer at Wholesome International (local Five Guys Burgers and Fries franchisee and Choolaah mastermind)  as she recaps her journey of resilience, creativity, and growth. With over 15 years in the food industry, 25 locations, and more than 700 employees, Wholesome International has found a way to succeed by incorporating best practices and performance excellence. Raji will talk about business resources, lessons learned, and how Wholesome International incorporated its mission, vision, and values into the strategic shifts required throughout this unprecedented year in the restaurant industry.
