Whitfield’s Executive Chef Bethany Zozula is trading in her popular chef collaborative dinner series, Sharing Knives, for new farm-focused programming. The four Sharing Farms dinners will take place once a month from June-September. The series will feature expanded chef collaborations and independent farmers and foragers that are the lifeblood of kitchens across the city of Pittsburgh.
To kick us off in June, we welcome chefs Csilla Thackery (Legume), Neil Blazin (Driftwood Oven), Kevin Sousa (Superior Motors), and Nate Hobart (Morcilla). Together, they will showcase produce from Tiny Seed, Braddock Farms, Goodness Grows, and more to come.
