Whitfield’s Executive Chef Bethany Zozula is trading in her popular chef collaborative dinner series, Sharing Knives, for new farm-focused programming in partnership with Who Cooks for You Farms. The four Sharing Farms dinners will take place once a month from June-September. The series will feature expanded chef collaborations and independent farmers and foragers that are the lifeblood of kitchens across the city of Pittsburgh.
For our September finale, we welcome chefs Kate Romane (black radish), Jamilka Borges, (Lorelei, Hidden Harbor, Independent brewing), Casey Renee (Confections), and more to come. Together, they will showcase beef from Jubilee Hilltop Ranch, alongside Rivendale and Root & Heart farms.
Limited to 50 tickets, tickets include tax and gratuity.
