Chamber Objective
It is the Chamber's objective to serve as the liaison between the East Liberty community and the administrative departments
of the City of Pittsburgh, as well as other groups that wish to have contact with East Liberty.
Our emphasis is on:
- Shaping revitalization actions, administered by the local development corporation, to reflect the sound thinking of our
business and professional membership
- Encouraging and welcoming new entities, business and others in East Liberty
- Promoting active public safety and traffic improvements
- Striving to construct and commmunicate a general public image of the East Liberty Quarter that truly mirrors the positive
realities of this grand old community

Our Organization
The East Liberty Quarter Chamber of Commerce is governed by a board of directors, consisting of 15 volunteer members from a
cross-section of the business and professional communities. The executive committee consists of the president, two vice presidents,
treasurer and secretary. Issues are acted on by a majority vote.
