On January 1, 2004 the East Liberty Quarter Chamber of Commerce launched it's flagship website!.

The East Liberty Chamber of Commerce ("ELQCC") promotes the economic advancement of its members by encouraging a sound business climate and by promoting orderly growth and development. The ELQCC has been an advocate for business since our inception 77 years ago in 1927. The rich and storied history of East Liberty and its chamber of commerce make this business district one of the most unique in the entire City of Pittsburgh.

The ELQCC works closely with the community's businesses, service organizations, local institutions and community groups to strengthen the existing economic base of this business district while encouraging its diversity. We assist the district by marketing the community's unique characteristics to shoppers, investors, new businesses, tourists and others. We also support initiatives to enhance the physical appearance of the business district through building facade improvements and other renovation efforts.
