PAYMENT (see Step #3):
Vendor space payment should be made via Paypal or check made payable to “ELQCC,” and mailed to: ELQCC at P.O. Box 1737, Pittsburgh, PA 15230.
SUPPLIES:
Vendors will need to provide their own electricity, tents, tables, table covering, signs, and chairs.
HEALTH CARD CERTIFICATIONS:
Vendors will not be permitted to sell food without proper health department certifications. Those certifications should be emailed/mailed with your other paperwork.
TRASH:
All boxes are to be flattened before putting in dumpsters. No approved disposal areas are provided for grease/oil, and must be removed by the vendors.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Space Reservations: will be accepted upon receipt of a signed contract and full payment. ELQCC shall endeavor to assign both space consistent to Exhibitor’s wishes, subject to availability. However, ELQCC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to assign or therefore reassign booth spaces in accordance with the effectiveness of the show as a whole. Exhibitor shall not assign or sub-lease their booth space to any person or entity.
2. Care of Exhibits: Exhibitors are responsible for the orderly presentation of their booth and for cleaning within their booth space.
3. Staffing/Attendance: Exhibitors/Vendor must have their displays set up by 1 p.m., Saturday, September 21, 2024. Booths must be staffed during all show hours; in no instance can a booth be left unattended. No attendees will be serviced on the side of the booth facing the street, as this will be utilized stoking and for transport
ing wine between the booth and the wine pick-up location. No booth will be dismantled before the official close of the show at 6:00 p.m., Saturday, September 21, 2024, unless weather related. If a booth is vacated prior to the show’s closing, exhibitor/Vendor will be charged an additional $100. All booths must be moved out no later than 7:00 p.m. on September 21, 2024. NO EXCEPTIONS.
4. Booth Provisions: The street will be closed between 11:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Exhibitors are responsible for supplying their own tents. A standard 10x10 tent works well, but you will have enough space for a 12x10 tent. This is an on street event so tents will not be able to be secured into the ground. Any additional material, equipment or labor needed in their areas, including additional tables & chairs, and garbage cans are Exhibitors’ responsibility.
5. Insurance and Liability: ELQCC assumes no risk and by the acceptance of this agreement, the Exhibitors expressly release the ELQCC of and from any and all liabilities for any damage, injury or loss to any person or goods that may arise from the rental and occupations of space by Exhibitors, and agree to hold and save the management harmless of and from any loss or damage by reason thereof. ELQCC assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any property placed in the reserved space and the ELQCC is hereby released and discharged from any and all liability from and loss, injury or damages to persons or property that may be sustained while at the show.
6. Wine Vendors: All wine vendors must provide an inventory list of wines sampled. All wines sold must comply with the PLCB rules. The wineries shall be responsible to file for the necessary PLCB permit. Wineries shall only conduct tastings to attendees who have the commemorative glass and a specific wrist band. Wineries are also expected not to supply any tasting glasses. ELQCC will check I.D.’s of ticket holders upon arrival to ensure that they are 21 years of age or older. Wineries shall be permitted to conduct sales of closed bottles to the public (you may uncork them if necessary), however Wineries are responsible to check the I.D.’s of all non ticket holders
